Hollywood Audio Design – Terms of Service Effective Date: November 17, 2025

Welcome to Hollywood Audio Design. By accessing, purchasing, or downloading any products from our Production Music Library (“Library”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use our site or our products.

1. General Overview

Hollywood Audio Design (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides high-quality production music, sound design, cues, loops, stems, and related audio assets (“Content”) for use in professional and personal creative projects. By purchasing or downloading any Content, you are obtaining a non- exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Content in accordance with the rules below. You are not purchasing ownership of the Content.

2. Licensing Rules & Rights Granted

Upon purchase, Hollywood Audio Design grants you:

2.1 Non-Exclusive License All licenses are non-exclusive.

Other customers may also license and use the same Content.

2.2 Permitted Uses

You may use the Content in an unlimited number of your own or your client’s creative projects, including but not limited to:

• Feature films & short films

• Film trailers & TV promos

• Video games

• Broadcast TV, cable, streaming

• YouTube, Vimeo, social media

• Radio

• Podcasts

• Corporate videos, advertising, commercial spots

• Live events, presentations, exhibitions

  2.3 Modifications

  You may edit, remix, extend, cut, or otherwise modify the Content as needed for your project, provided that the resulting work is still part of a larger production and not redistributed as standalone audio files.

  3. Prohibited Uses

To protect our intellectual property, you may NOT:

• Resell, repackage, redistribute, or upload our Content as standalone audio files.

• Use our Content to create or sell sample packs, sound libraries, presets, loops, music production tools, or any competing product.

• Upload or distribute our Content in isolation on any stock music, sample/loop library, or sync licensing site.

• Claim ownership of the original audio files or represent them as your own recordings.

• Use automated systems to scrape, harvest, or access our Library.

• Transfer or sublicense the Content to another person, company, or third party.

If you are unsure whether your intended use is allowed, contact us before using the Content.

4. Ownership & Copyright
Hollywood Audio Design retains full ownership and copyright to all Content at all times.

Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership. You are only acquiring the right to use the Content in approved ways.

You may not:

• Register our music in any Content ID or copyright claim system (e.g., YouTube Content ID).

• Register any track or derivative of our track with a PRO (ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, etc.) as

your own work.
All intellectual property rights remain exclusively with Hollywood Audio Design.

5. Delivery Format

All products are delivered digitally in one or more of the following formats:

• WAV 24-bit / 48kHz High Definition

• MP3 (lower resolution preview or alternative format)

  Delivery occurs immediately upon purchase via digital download.

  6. Payment & Refund Policy
  Because our products are digital, non-returnable, and immediately accessible, all sales are

  final.

• No refunds are issued once Content has been downloaded.

• Customers may fully preview audio on our site before purchase to ensure suitability.

  If you experience a technical issue (e.g., corrupt file), contact us and we will replace or reissue the Content promptly.

  7. Account & Subscription Rules (If Applicable)

  If the site includes user accounts, subscriptions, or download histories:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.

• You may not share your login with others.

• Access may be revoked if accounts are misused or used for unauthorized redistribution.

  8. Indemnification & Liability

  By using our Content, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hollywood Audio Design and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from:

• Your misuse of the Content

• Unauthorized distribution

• Illegal or infringing uses in your projects

  Hollywood Audio Design is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

  9. Termination

  Hollywood Audio Design may revoke or terminate your license if:

• You violate these Terms of Service

• You redistribute, resell, or misuse the Content

• You engage in fraud, abuse, or illegal activity

  When a license is terminated, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Content and delete all copies.

  10. Metadata

  Unless otherwise stated:

• Metadata for search, cataloging, or internal project organization is provided “as-is.”

• You may add your own project notes, track titles, or code identifiers as needed.

• You may not alter metadata for the purpose of misrepresenting authorship or ownership.

  11. Credit Requirements
  Credits are not required, but are greatly appreciated.

  If you choose to credit us, the preferred credit is:

  “Music by Hollywood Audio Design”

  12. Governing Law
  These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Washington (WA), USA,

without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Washington State courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

Hollywood Audio Design may update these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of the Library constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
